Trainee Recruiter

Necessary skills and qualifications
Having successfully completed any recruitment training courses
Confident communication skills: on the phone, through email, and face-to-face
Determination and hunger to achieve targets
Upper-intermediate English
Understanding of the IT sphere and recruitment processes
Knowledge of sourcing techniques and modern IT recruitment trends
Ability to learn fast and apply new knowledge on practice
Will be a plus
Previous experience in the IT field
Participation in internship programs abroad (English-speaking)
Responsibilities
Eliciting requirements for job descriptions and creating job specifications (conducting kick-off meetings with team leads, engineers, and resource manager)
Publishing job vacancies on job boards and our corporate website
Sourcing candidates from professional networks, internal databases, etc.
Screening candidates over the phone to determine skills, knowledge, and experience according to position requirements
Conducting interviews with candidates
Checking candidates’ English level
Monitoring and implementing the best recruitment practices
Monitoring and analyzing the labor market
Maintaining candidate databases (e.g. via our Applicant Tracking System)
