Necessary skills and qualifications
2+ years of experience as an IT Recruiter in an IT company or a recruitment agency
A proven track record of successfully closing not only technical positions but also marketing roles (e.g., content writer, designer)
Well-established professional network across LinkedIn and private messaging apps
Experience with recruitment analytics: ability to track key metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness) and prepare reports
Understanding of technologies, tech stacks, and the specifics of the IT market in Ukraine
Proven ability to handle difficult conversations, assertively advocate for a position with sound arguments, and drive for win-win outcomes with candidates and hiring managers
A high level of self-organization, a results-driven mindset, and the ability to multitask with minimal supervision
English proficiency at an Upper-Intermediate (B2) level
Will be a plus
Proven experience in closing Embedded Engineers positions
Advanced skills in conducting interviews to assess soft skills and competencies using different methods
Responsibilities
Managing the full-cycle recruitment process: from gathering requirements from hiring managers to supporting the candidate until the onboarding phase
Actively sourcing and engaging candidates using a variety of channels
Building and expanding a network of passive candidates
Proactively expanding the candidate database, with a specific focus on marketing roles, and managing the recruitment for marketing-oriented positions
Conducting various types of interviews: screening calls (soft skills and technical pre-screenings), and competency-based interviews
Communicating effectively with hiring managers to gain a deep understanding of vacancy requirements and to calibrate the candidate profile
Maintaining the candidate database in an Applicant Tracking System and preparing regular reports on vacancy statuses
Analyzing the effectiveness of the hiring process using key metrics and providing data-driven recommendations for improvement
Participating in the development and improvement of the company's recruitment processes
Conducting labor market analysis, monitoring salary trends, and providing recommendations to hiring managers
Strictly following the established company recruitment processes and standards
