Junior QА Engineer (IoT projects)

Necessary skills and qualifications
At least 1 year of commercial experience as a QA Engineer
At least a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field of study
Proven practical QA experience with firmware, embedded systems, or wireless devices
Strong ability to independently analyze requirements and translate them into detailed test cases
Hands-on experience with or a deep understanding of communication protocols: UART, MQTT, CAN bus, SPI, I2C, SSH, BT/BLE
Experience with debugging tools (logs, serial monitors, or protocol analyzers)
Strong problem-solving skills and close attention to detail when working with physical hardware
At least an Intermediate level of English
Will be a plus
Basic programming skills in Python (for scripting or test automation)
Experience with Embedded Linux operating systems and/or RTOS
Understanding of multitasking, RTOS, and their interaction with communication interfaces
Responsibilities
Full ownership of test documentation (test plans, test cases) for complex Embedded & IoT systems, including MCU-based firmware and Linux-based hardware
Perform integration and system testing to validate real-world scenarios
Collaborate closely with developers to troubleshoot and reproduce complex hardware/software issues
Verify business logic and system stability across different hardware revisions
