Middle Project Manager

Necessary skills and qualifications
At least 3 years of project management experience
Experience running several projects simultaneously
Awareness of the IT industry
Ability to set up and execute Agile frameworks (SCRUM, Kanban)
Strong leadership, decision making, organizational, and time management skills
Problem solving and negotiation expertise; presentation skills
Self-motivation, interest in self-development, critical thinking, emotional intelligence
People management skills: team development, delegation, conflict management, motivation, coaching
Will be a plus
Experience with embedded software engineering or IoT
Technical background
Professional certification
Responsibilities
Managing several projects simultaneously
Defining and controlling project scope, budget, and timeline during SDLC
Managing customer expectations, preparing well-structured emails, meeting minutes, weekly reports
Handling all incoming and outgoing project documentation
Tracking customer satisfaction, securing business growth opportunities, and initiating new projects
Participation in resolving difficult work situations in the teams the HR manager is in charge of
Coordinating staffing with Account Manager and Resource Manager
Managing Workshops and Estimation activities
Contributing to the PMO by mentoring team members, sharing your knowledge base, preparing documentation and templates, etc.
