Trainee QA Engineer

Necessary skills and qualifications
A certificate confirming successfully completed QA Engineer courses
Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC)
Good knowledge of testing types, levels and testing principles
Understanding of requirements analysis
Theoretical knowledge of defects tracking and test monitoring & control
Ability to write testing documentation: Bug Reports, Check Lists, Test Cases, Traceability Matrix
Ability to use test management systems (such as TestRail), bug tracking tools (e.g. Jira) and browser DevTools
Basic understanding of API testing (e.g. Postman), HTTP requests/responses and version control (Git)
Awareness of Agile (Scrum) methodology
Upper-Intermediate level of English
Detail-oriented team player with strong communication and analytical skills, and a desire to learn
Will be a plus
A master's or bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field
