Necessary skills and qualifications
3-5 years working as a Business Analyst
Advanced communication skills, including active listening, ability to efficiently communicate with people from different backgrounds and cultures and ask the right questions to get the required information
Ability to drive requirements elicitation and documentation process during Discovery phase
Experience with documenting requirements in form of User Stories, User Story Map, BRD, etc.
Proficiency in following Agile (Scrum, Kanban) and Waterfall frameworks during Project SDLC and managing requirements through tracing, prioritization, and maintenance process
Experience with scope change management
Working with UI/UX designers and prototyping
Ability to thoroughly process functional and non-functional requirements
Technical background sufficient for dealing with complex multi platform projects
Leadership and proactivity, emotional intellect, ability to work in unstructured environments
At least upper-intermediate English
Will be a plus
Experience with IoT projects
Professional certification
Knowledge of German language
Responsibilities
Planning Business Analysis approach and governance.
Requirements elicitation through constant collaboration with external and internal project stakeholders during Discovery phase and Project SDLC.
Documenting and presenting requirements in form of User Stories, User Story Maps, Business Requirement Documents and other suitable project documentation.
Tracing, maintaining and prioritizing requirements.
Requirements change management.
Follow defined project management framework.
BAO department documentation base development and maintenance.
