Necessary skills and qualifications

3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst

Advanced communication skills, including active listening, the ability to communicate effectively with people from different backgrounds and cultures, and the ability to ask the right questions to get the required information

Ability to drive the requirements elicitation and documentation process during the Discovery phase

Experience in documenting requirements in the form of User Stories, User Story Map

Proficiency in following Agile (Scrum, Kanban) and Waterfall frameworks during Project SDLC and managing requirements through tracing, prioritization, and maintenance process

Experience in scope change management

Experience working with UI/UX designers and creating prototypes

Ability to thoroughly process functional and non-functional requirements

Technical background sufficient for dealing with complex multi-platform projects

Leadership, proactivity, emotional intellect, and the ability to work in unstructured environments

At least an upper-intermediate level of English proficiency

Will be a plus

Experience with IoT projects

Relevant professional certifications

Responsibilities

Plan the Business Analysis approach and governance

Elicit requirements through constant collaboration with external and internal project stakeholders during the Discovery phase and the Project SDLC

Document and present requirements in the form of User Stories, User Story Maps, Business Requirement Documents, and other suitable project documentation

Trace, maintain, and prioritize requirements

Manage changes to requirements

Follow the defined project management framework

Develop and maintain the BAO department’s documentation base
