Necessary skills and qualifications
4+ years of proven experience in mechanical design for electronic device products
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
Proficiency in 3D CAD software, SolidWorks, Autodesk Fusion, etc.
Basic knowledge of electronics
Knowledge of various manufacturing processes (e.g. injection molding, sheet metal fabrication, CNC machining, 3D printing)
Familiarity with material properties (plastics, metals, composites) and their application in demanding environments
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team
Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn new technologies
Intermediate level of English proficiency for technical documentation and collaboration
Will be a plus
Experience with CATIA, Inventor, Creo, etc.
Proficiency in thermal simulation software (e.g. Ansys Fluent, SolidWorks Flow Simulation)
Familiarity with DFM and electronics manufacturing processes
