Provide legal advice and support on a range of issues, including corporate law, labour law, tax law, commercial law, and civil law of appropriate jurisdiction
Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, agreements, minutes of meeting, and other legal instruments
Conduct legal research and analysis to support legal advice and decision-making
Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations as well as identify and manage legal risks
Manage legal documentation and maintain accurate and up-to-date legal records
Monitor, maintain legal knowledge database up-to-date, and inform the team in a timely manner on appropriate changes
Assist with the development and implementation of legal policies and procedures to ensure consistent and effective management of legal risks and compliance obligations
Assist with opening bank and payment system accounts, and handling compliance and KYC requests from financial institutions
Assist with other projects/ tasks assigned by the manager when needed
