Robotics development process
Requirements and scope
We define each component’s functions, interfaces and compliance needs, review any existing prototype, and run a feasibility check to confirm the approach and flag risks early.
Prototyping and designing
Electronics, firmware, and software are designed together as one system. Robotics prototyping delivers a working unit for early testing, exposing issues while they are cheap to fix. If you are building on an existing prototype, we take it over and turn it into a robust, production-ready design.
Testing and verification
A fully equipped in-house lab to verify every layer, from the board to the firmware to the integrated unit. Have all weaknesses spotted and remediated before the component reaches your robot.
Production readiness
Once the design is stable, your manufacturing partner receives everything needed to move forward: schematics, source code, bill of materials, and test procedures. Our team will support you along the way, so compliance does not become a late surprise.
Platforms we work with
Why us
Architecture-first approach
360° engineering expertise shapes each component around the robot. Electronics, firmware and robotics software development are designed together, with clear interfaces from the first prototype. The result is lower integration risk for you and your customers.
Security by design
Certified to ISO/IEC 27001, ISO 9001, and ISO 13485, our processes build security into your robotic components from the start. Secure boots, protected updates, and regulatory compliance support the product through its whole lifecycle.
Smart components
Sensor integration, computer vision, and edge AI let a component process data on the device. That cuts latency and takes load off the robot’s main computer.
Verification before field trials
Have all your robotic components tested on real hardware in an in-house lab. Problems surface on the bench instead of in the warehouse or field, so you know how the component behaves before deployment.
In-house lab
In-house lab supports PCB bring-up, firmware debugging, sensor and connectivity testing, as well as hardware validation. With professional equipment and evaluation kits, our engineers test and optimize embedded solutions for reliable robotics components.
