Necessary skills and qualifications
At least 3 years of project management experience
Experience running several projects simultaneously
Ability to set up and execute Agile frameworks (SCRUM, Kanban) and Waterfall framework
Strong leadership, decision-making, organizational, and time management skills
Problem-solving and negotiation expertise; presentation skills
Self-motivation, interest in self-development, critical thinking, emotional intelligence
People management skills: team development, delegation, conflict management, motivation, coaching
Upper-Intermediate English level
At least intermediate German level
Will be a plus
Experience with IoT or embedded software engineering
