HR Business Partner

Necessary skills and qualifications
At least 2 years of experience in General Human Resources activities
Experience across multiple HR areas: strategic HRM, training and development, compensation and benefits, performance management, function evaluation, HRIS, employer branding
Knowledge of data analysis and data reporting
Being a creative, persistent, and effective problem solver
Being highly comfortable with Google Workspace, Slack, and HR tools
Solid consulting and influencing skills
Strong diagnostic, problem-solving, and analytical skills
Intermediate level of English
Will be a plus
A degree in an HR-related field
Completed HR certifications
HR process implementation and proactive support of teams within the corporate strategy to meet business goals
Realization of internal processes and HR practices in cooperation with line managers
Consulting line managers on wage rates, pay raises, and the corporate social package
Collection and analysis of HR indicators in teams as well as support of measures aimed at achieving better results
Support of all HR processes in teams such as onboarding, performance review, exit management, etc.
Participation in resolving difficult work situations in the teams the HR manager is in charge of
Active involvement in designing educational programs for the assigned teams in order to improve employees’ competencies
