Necessary skills and qualifications
1-2 years of commercial experience writing and executing test plans, test scenarios, and test cases for web or mobile applications
Strong ability to write and maintain complex testing documentation: bug reports, checklists, test cases, and traceability matrices
Ability to perform an informal review of testing documentation
Solid knowledge of web technologies (HTML/CSS) and basic SQL
Good understanding of computer networking principles and protocols: HTTP, TCP/IP, REST API
Proficiency in using popular QA tools for defect and test case management
English level: Upper-Intermediate
Will be a plus
Experience in testing CMS-based projects (e.g., Drupal) or complex web systems
Experience with or understanding of mobile app testing specifics (e.g., interruptions, network changes, platform differences)
Responsibilities
Perform full-cycle manual testing for various web platforms and mobile applications (including IoT-connected apps)
Analyze project requirements to create effective test scenarios and contribute to test planning
Conduct API testing and database verifications to ensure backend stability
Prepare and conduct product demonstrations (demos) for clients to showcase newly developed features and system capabilities
Collaborate closely with developers, PMs, and other QA engineers to ensure high product quality
Maintain and update test documentation to reflect changing project requirements
