Delivery Manager

At least 5 years of experience in Project Management

Ability to qualify, prioritize leads, and participate in pre-sale engagements

Strong project management qualifications in controlling the project’s kick-off and defining scope, budget, timeline, risks, resources, and quality

Proven leadership skills to oversee and secure the successful project execution and risk mitigation

Qualifications to control projects' financial KPIs and seek ways for profitability growth

Proven ability to manage emergency cases by coordinating with C-level management, Business Development Management, and Department leads

Proficiency in analyzing CSAT and NPS in collaboration with Business Development and seeking ways for improvements

Experience in working with distributed teams and resources

Ability to plan resources from a short- and long-term business perspective

Strong analytical skills to evaluate and enhance cross-company delivery processes, and support ISO audits

Ability to mentor less experienced professionals

Advanced planning skills to support the Delivery department's growth and development

Possesses strong ownership, leadership, and communication skills

Upper-intermediate level of English proficiency
