Necessary skills and qualifications

5+ years of experience in Project/Delivery Management, with a strong track record of delivering complex projects and programs while consistently meeting delivery goals

Expertise in end-to-end delivery management, including project scope definition, estimation and budgeting, timeline planning, resource allocation, risk mitigation, and quality assurance

Experience in pre-sales activities, including opportunity assessment, solutioning, and support for commercial engagements

Financial management skills, including the ability to control project P&L, monitor financial performance, and identify opportunities to improve profitability and efficiency

Experience managing critical and escalated situations, effectively coordinating with C-level stakeholders, Business Development, and Delivery/Engineering leadership

Ability to enhance and scale the Delivery function through process optimization and continuous improvement, including alignment with ISO and quality standards.

Data-driven approach to client satisfaction, including analysis of CSAT/NPS/eNPS metrics and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives in collaboration with Sales teams

Mentorship and people development skills, with experience in coaching Project Managers and contributing to team growth and maturity

Upper-Intermediate or higher English proficiency, with the ability to communicate effectively with international clients and teams

Will be a plus

Technical background and experience with the IoT domain

PMI PMP Certification

Upper-intermediate level of German proficiency
