Support Project Manager

Necessary skills and qualifications
At least two years working as a project manager
Experience managing support projects under SLA
Ability to cope with stress and strict deadlines
Attention to detail and persistence in running support routines
Excellent communication and negotiation skills (fluent English is a must)
Great soft skills, including team-building and people management
Fluency in risk management
Experience using various project management tools (Jira, Codebase, Asana, etc.)
Responsibilities
Parallel management of two to five-member teams on several small- and mid-size projects
Project ownership in all aspects (budgeting, scoping, scheduling, quality maintenance, etc.)
Monitoring project execution KPIs and reporting to upper management
Client communication and operational management
Identifying the necessary resources and assigning individual responsibilities
Understanding customer expectations, making the team accountable for deadlines and deliverables
Proactive following up on issues without the unnecessary escalation
Will be a plus
Understanding of the ITIL principles
Technical expertise/background (especially with Drupal)
Experience working with clients from the US and EU
