Necessary skills and qualifications
Experience as a recruiter 1+ year
Advanced level of English
Understanding of IT sphere and recruitment processes
Knowledge of sourcing techniques and modern IT recruitment trends
Ability to learn fast and apply new knowledge on practice
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Will be a plus
Previous experience in IT field
Understanding of Internet of Things (IoT) market and knowledge of modern software and hardware technologies
Experience using Applicant tracking system
Participation in internship programs abroad (English-speaking)
Requirements elicitation for job descriptions and job specification creating (kick-off meeting with team leads, engineers and resource manager)
Publish job vacancy on job boards and our corporative site
Sourcing candidates from professional networks, internal databases, etc
Phone candidate’s screening to define skills, knowledge and experience according to position requirements
Conduction of interviews with candidates
Checking candidates' English level
Monitoring and implementation of the best recruitment practices
Labor market monitoring and analysis
Maintain candidate databases (e.g. via our Applicant Tracking System)
